Intertainia Productions Incorporated Site Use Agreement
(“Agreement”)

1.Acceptance of Term through use.
By using, viewing, submitting material to this Website (“Site”), or clicking “I Agree” to this Agreement, you (“Member”) are entering a legally binding contract with this site’s owner (“Company”), to agree and accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave now and discontinue visiting/accessing our Site(s), using any Site content, and forfeit any, and all, Site use privileges. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement, and the Member will periodically check this Agreement for any changes.

2.General Use Requirements
Age and Legal Access: This Site is not designed for minors, and the Member agrees and acknowledges that the use of this Site is restricted to those persons 18 years or older. The Member also acknowledges their understanding of all local laws governing access to this Site and is in complete compliance with such laws.

3.Ownership of website and contained material.

* Copyrights: Except for public domain material, Federal copyright laws protect this Site’s content and design. No reproduction of anything without written permission from Intertainia Productions Incorporated is permitted.

4.License to Use this Site.
Upon Member’s agreement with this Agreement, the Company hereby grants Member exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use this site in strict acceptance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement and as permitted via instructions on this site. The Company reserves the right to terminate any Member’s permission to use this site at any time.

5.Member Posted Content.
* Content Posters: Some areas allow the Member to post material that is available for other viewers of the Site to access. Although the Company does not generally police public postings, the Company reserves the right to modify, or remove content found offensive Site viewers and/or Company. This includes but is not limited to, sexually, racially, nationally offensive material. Any and All material, items or services offered for use or sale by any Member is not the property or services of the Company and therefore not under the control of the Company. All options, information, and suggestions do not represent the views, options, or advice of the Company.
* Content Readers: Member posted material are not the views, options, or beliefs, of the Company. This Site makes no claims of accuracy of any Member posted material. This Site is not oriented towards minors, nor solicits their patronage, therefore the Member being an adult, understands some adults do voice material not appropriate for general audiences. If the Member does find any offensive material, the Member will identify it to the Company, with the following information: (1) what material is offensive, (2) where you found it, and (3) why it is offensive to you.

6.Unacceptable Use of this Site.
The Company is a Pennsylvania Company, and you may not use this Site, including but not limited to, Site content, Site services or Site images, for any purpose that is considered illegal in the United States or in the State of Pennsylvania. Illegal activity by Member in use of this Site is a breach of the Agreement, and Member’s permission/license to use Site is immediately terminated.

7.NO WARRANTY.
THE COMPANY, SITE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OUR SUPPLIERS, AND OUR AGENTS PROVIDE OUR WEB SITE, MATERIAL, AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THE COMPANY, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OUR SUPPLIERS, AND OUR AGENTS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INFORMATION ACCURACY, INTEGRATION, INTEROPERABILITY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

8.Limitation of Liability.
MEMBER'S ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE OR THE COMPANY, ITS SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL BE TO TERMINATE USE OF THIS SITE. FOR NON-PAYING MEMBERS, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT ARRISING FROM ACCESS, USE, OR VIEWING OF THIS SITE. FOR PAYING MEMBERS, THE COMPANY’S ENTIRE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY THE MEMBER TO THE COMPANY UNDER THESE TERMS, MEMBERSHIP TERMS, AND NOT YET RENDERED.

9.Indemnity.
You Agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, customers, site visitors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or demand, liabilities, costs, judgments, expenses, or damages, including any attorney's fees and expenses. This includes any third-party claims.

You also agree to reimburse all and any expenses associated with any claims you might have, or caused (directly or indirectly), against the Company and its affiliates, customers, site visitors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners. Expenses include tangible, including but not limited to legal fees, relocation costs, court fees, and intangible, including but not limited to pain, suffering, mental anguish.

10.Links to third-party sites.
This Site may contain links to third-party web sites. The linked sites’ content, business practices, and privacy policies are not under the control of the Company, and the Company is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. 11.User Information.
By using the Site(or any Site), the Member agrees to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.

12.Jurisdiction.
This website can be viewed from many locations. Nonetheless, you agree that the Company is a Pennsylvania Corporation, located in Northampton County, and as such complies only with United States, Federal and Pennsylvania state laws.

13.Relationship with Company.
Intertainia Productions Incorporated and the Member are independent entities, and nothing in this Agreement, or via use of our Site(s), will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the Company and the Member.

14.Other.
If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Agreement will not be prejudiced and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Agreement shall be severed accordingly. The Company reserves the right to replace the unenforceable provision by an enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention of the underlying enforceable provision.

15.Domain Name Posting.
No domain name (URL) owned by Intertainia Productions Incorporated can be posted in, displayed on, or submitted to any forum, website, or other means of communication, that can be considered unwanted, or unsolicited. This includes full Domain Names, Partial Names, and links back to an Intertainia Productions Incorporated site.

16.Scope Of Agreement
This Agreement applies 100% to all Sites operated and/or owned by the Company.

17.Voidable
All sites, services, offers, material, etc. are void where prohibited.

18.Real Estate Ads
Some sites allows Members to post advertisements for Real Estate or Houses for sale. All real estate advertise herein is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin or intentional to make any such preference limitation or discrimination. We will not knowingly accept any advertisement of real estate which is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised are available on an equal opportunity basis.

19.Information Contained On Sites
Members understand that all information on sites are for entertainment purposes only. The Member must not ever use any information, advice, etc. in place of seeking professional advice from trained, licensed service providers. No statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These site, or the information they contain, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
